Description
INX International is hiring Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. The role involves mixing ink batches, preparing samples for quality control, monitoring batch temperature, delivering batches, disposing of solvent, labeling and grounding flammable solvent tubs, maintaining and changing mixer blades, and following safety procedures. Candidates need three months of related work experience, math and basic computer skills, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility for overtime, an Autonomous Maintenance background, teamwork ability, good attendance and punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, ink-industry experience, and mixing, mill, or pump-filter industry experience are considered advantages.
