Description
The Bath Remodel Supervisor leads and supports bathroom-remodel installation teams through project reviews, jobsite monitoring, installer coaching, customer communication, inspections, and warehouse support. The role is hands-on and requires 4–6 years of bathroom-remodeling experience, construction-material knowledge, leadership and problem-solving skills, basic computer proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass drug and background checks. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year, with mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle, 401(k), health benefits, sick leave, and paid vacation.
