Description
The Bath Remodel Supervisor leads and supports bathroom-remodel installation teams through a hands-on field-and-office role. Responsibilities include reviewing projects and paperwork, monitoring workmanship and jobsite conditions, coaching installers, communicating with customers, assisting with inspections and shower-door work, and supporting warehouse and project operations. The role requires 4–6 years of bathroom-remodeling experience, construction-material knowledge, leadership and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year, with mileage reimbursement or a company vehicle, 401(k), health benefits, sick leave, and paid vacation.
