Description
Bath Center is hiring experienced bathroom remodeling installers and installation crews as full-time independent contractors. The role involves completing bathtub and shower replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, and acrylic, quartz, and porcelain wall installations; maintaining professional job sites; meeting company quality standards; and conducting customer walkthroughs. Compensation is $125,000–$150,000+ annually based on production, with commissions on standard installations and full bathroom remodels, plus bonuses and travel stipends. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and contractors must hold a valid license, be bonded and insured, have bathroom remodeling experience, own tools, and have reliable transportation.
