Description
The Battery Assembler 2nd shift reports to the Production Manager and rotates through production tasks assembling cables, battery packs, and electro-mechanical components. The role requires in-house training on IPC-620 standards, welding, general assembly processes, and basic Cirris testing, along with lead-free soldering, quality-standard compliance, and continuous cross-training. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, attention to detail, basic computer and hand-tool skills, and the ability to perform precise, repetitive assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
