Description
The Battery Assembler Lead oversees first- and second-shift Battery Assembler teams, ensuring rotation through assembly tasks, completion of cable, battery-pack, and electro-mechanical assembly, adherence to workmanship and safety standards, and accurate time and attendance. The role requires cross-training, English communication, basic computer and hand-tool knowledge, measuring-device proficiency, sustained-quality production, and the ability to perform physically demanding manufacturing work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and using personal protective equipment.
