Description
Google is hiring a Battery Engineer to lead new product introduction build execution, cell and pack-level testing, next-generation battery chemistry and packaging evaluation, and complex multi-disciplinary battery issues. The role also involves Li-ion cell design, engineering requirements, design for manufacturability, and design of experiments. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of battery engineering experience, statistical analysis experience, and experience with battery cyclers and electrochemical characterization equipment.
