The role involves predicting battery performance, validating models against experimental data, building coupled structural, mechanical, thermal, and electrochemical models, and deploying automated workflows for design exploration and optimization. The position requires an MS in a relevant engineering or applied science field, commercial FEA software experience, Python programming, and experience building, debugging, and calibrating finite element models.
