Description
The Battery Laboratory Technician will maintain laboratory safety and follow SOPs, COSHH, PPE, and emergency procedures in a battery laboratory. The role operates pouch-cell manufacturing equipment, prepares electrolytes in controlled environments, conducts battery testing and performance cycling, monitors cell behavior, handles defective cells, maintains records and equipment, and supports engineers and scientists with pouch-cell manufacture, electrolyte preparation, testing, experimental work, and troubleshooting.
