Archer is hiring a Battery Management System Simulation Engineer to lead and coordinate BMS simulation modeling, develop reduced-order and fidelity models, analyze simulation data, create diagnostic interfaces, validate model performance, and support SIL and HIL testing for battery and battery-control systems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and at least 36 months of engineering R&D or new product development experience in automotive or aerospace. The position offers $161,390 to $169,459.50 per year and does not offer work visa sponsorship.
