Description
The Battery Project Manager will plan, structure, and manage an interdisciplinary Manufacturing Engineering project team responsible for the quality, schedule, and cost of planning and industrializing production equipment for Li-ion battery packs and modules through turn-key handover to production sites. The role coordinates with the production site, supports change management, and contributes across project phases. Candidates need an engineering degree, several years of relevant experience, interdisciplinary team leadership experience, strong organization, English proficiency, and willingness to travel internationally and work in international teams.
