ALSO is hiring a Battery Systems Engineer to own the analytical and architectural foundation of its battery systems. The role leads trade studies, electrical, thermal, and degradation modeling, cell and pack evaluation, charging and operating strategies, BMS requirements, test planning, and model-to-measurement correlation across vehicle and bench-level bring-up. It requires 8+ years of battery systems engineering experience, hands-on modeling expertise, and a BS or MS in a relevant engineering field. The position offers $150,000–$255,000 annually and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and family benefits.
