Meta is hiring a Battery System Engineer to own battery pack electrical designs and integrations for Reality Labs devices. The role covers battery requirements, vendor development, electrical and interconnect architectures, test plans, validation tooling, data pipelines, backend services, hardware and software integration, and battery performance characterization. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of Li-ion battery pack design experience, Python, data pipeline and backend experience, and SQL knowledge.
