Description
The Battery Testing Engineer will develop and implement electrical, mechanical, and electrochemical test protocols for lithium batteries, coordinate data collection, analyze results, document procedures, maintain and calibrate test equipment, and communicate findings to engineering teams. The role also involves training and mentoring technicians and collaborating with R&D, Applications, and Qualification teams. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience testing various battery technologies are required, along with English and Mandarin communication skills.
