Co Rock Construction GmbH is hiring an experienced BAULEITER (m/w/d) to lead construction projects, coordinate site work and subcontractors, manage schedules, costs and quality, conduct site meetings, document progress, oversee inspections and defect remediation, and identify risks. The role requires at least five years of construction leadership experience, strong knowledge of construction processes and site organization, coordination of different trades, a Class B driving licence, and the ability to work independently and communicate clearly. An apprenticeship, master, technician, or construction-related degree is advantageous.
