The Bauleiter is responsible for independently organizing and executing complex raw-construction and turnkey construction projects in Bavaria's Upper Palatinate and the Munich area. The role manages project costs, schedules, quality, internal staff, subcontractors, and client relationships while applying Lean Construction methods.
