Vencosteel is hiring a BBL trainee for a combined work-and-study metalworking program in machining. The role involves operating modern CNC lathes and milling machines, producing precise stainless-steel and steel parts, improving CNC automation, interpreting technical drawings and bills of materials, and inspecting finished products. Candidates should have or be about to receive a VMBO diploma, show interest in turning and milling, and be motivated to combine learning with work. The program is fully funded, follows a four-days-work-and-one-day-school schedule, and includes a salary based on a 40-hour workweek, 27 vacation days, a VencoFIT allowance, and workplace mentorship.
