Total Education Solutions is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid after-school position in Troy, Michigan, working 4–7 PM with one remote workday per week. The role provides one-to-one behavioral support, develops behavior plans, trains and supervises behaviorists, monitors client progress, and documents services across school, clinic, and home settings. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant field, current BCBA certification and LBA license, mobile phone and internet access, auto insurance, and a successful background check. Pay is $40.00–$44.18 per hour, depending on experience, certification, education, and second-language use.
