Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA to provide hybrid ABA services combining telehealth and in-person clinical work. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, data analysis, supervision of RBTs and BTs, caregiver collaboration, documentation, and communication of service barriers. Candidates must hold current BCBA certification in good standing, an MD LBA, a relevant master's degree, and experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
