Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will help build a behavioral health care delivery model by designing clinical programs, managing client caseloads, overseeing documentation and treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, and supporting clinical hiring and onboarding. The role starts part-time and can grow into full-time, offers a clinical director track, and provides mentorship from Clinical Advisors. It requires active BCBA certification in good standing and New Jersey BCBA licensure, offers $90,000–$110,000 annually plus performance bonuses, and provides health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. The position is hybrid, combining remote and in-clinic work.
