Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and their families. The role includes behavioral assessments, individualized intervention planning, treatment implementation, data collection and analysis, family and stakeholder training, and supervision of behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians. The position offers a hybrid schedule with remote billable work and in-clinic collaboration, requires a master’s degree, current BCBA certification, BCBA supervision training, and New Jersey LBA licensure, and provides a base salary of $90,000–$97,000 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
