Description
The Behavioral Analyst, Board Certified develops and implements behavioral plans, provides behavioral therapy and active treatment, supports program participants with activities of daily living, behavior management, and social skills, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, families, insurance providers, and other service providers. The role also supports staff training, oversees BIT intern and practicum students, participates in behavioral research and crisis intervention, and maintains treatment, billing, accreditation, and confidentiality records. It requires a master's degree in psychology or a related field, five years of experience working with special populations in behavior management, and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
