Description
Supportive Community Innovations is hiring a full-time BCBA/LBA to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, design and oversee ABA programs, supervise and train RBTs, analyze data, provide caregiver training, maintain documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members. The role accepts BCBAs working toward Indiana licensure and requires a BCBA credential, Indiana LBA or eligibility, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and background and drug screening. Compensation is $65,000–$95,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, profit sharing, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
