TASKids Autism ABA Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise, motivate, and train staff, working directly with the Clinical Director. The role involves leading treatment teams, setting performance goals, conducting client assessments, designing treatment programs, maintaining client records, and training both staff and client guardians. The BCBA will also be responsible for conducting FBAs and writing progress reports. The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, with benefits including paid time off, health insurance (dental, medical, vision), mileage reimbursement, and a 401K plan. The ideal candidate will have strong people-management, communication, and administrative skills, along with a Master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
