Description
The ABA Center Director will lead the Cottonwood Heights location of an applied behavior analysis therapy provider, combining clinical oversight with center operations. Responsibilities include supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs; reviewing treatment plans and clinical quality; managing staffing, scheduling, compliance, documentation, authorizations, billing, and insurance; and supporting community relations and parent communication. The role requires a master's degree, active BCBA certification, Utah behavior analyst licensure eligibility, 3–5 years of direct ABA therapy experience, and 1–2 years of leadership or clinical director experience.
