Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will assess client needs, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans and ABA treatment programs, analyze behavioral data, and provide clinical supervision and training to direct-care staff. The role also involves observing clients, supervising sessions, and collaborating with families, caregivers, teachers, therapists, and other professionals. Candidates must hold current BCBA certification, a relevant master's degree, required state licensure, and experience with behavioral assessments and ABA treatment planning.
