Lighthouse is hiring a part-time BCBA/LBA for in-person work in Charlotte, North Carolina, at $105–$125 per hour based on experience. The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, designing positive behavior support plans, monitoring progress, adjusting programming, coaching RBTs and staff, and collaborating with families and the clinical team. Candidates need a master’s degree in ABA or a related field and current BCBA certification; LBA certification is highly preferred, and fresh graduates are welcome with mentorship support.
