Developmental Pathways is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Los Angeles, California, for full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling. The position involves conducting autism assessments, creating individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising behavior therapists and RBTs, monitoring client progress, providing training, and maintaining data and insurance compliance. Candidates need a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, current BACB BCBA certification, a valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check; Spanish bilingualism is preferred.
