Kennedy ABA is hiring a hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct in-person assessments and evaluations, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and caregivers, analyze data, and adjust treatment in real time. The role requires active BCBA certification and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, and offers full-time and part-time options with Monday-to-Friday daytime hours and flexible scheduling. Compensation is listed as $100,000-$115,000 with bonus opportunities.
