Developmental Pathways is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Los Angeles, California, for full-time and part-time autism services roles with flexible scheduling. The position involves conducting functional behavior assessments, creating individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising behavior therapists and RBTs, monitoring client progress, providing training, and maintaining data and insurance compliance.
