The BCBA works directly with children with autism in a full-time clinic setting, providing 1:1 behavior-analytic services, supervising Registered Behavior Technician cases, conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, writing reports, and training staff. The role requires current BCBA certification, a master's degree in psychology or a related field, Georgia licensure, and at least five years of behavioral health experience. It pays $70,000-$85,000 per year and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with a Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. schedule.
