Autism Learning Partners is hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Palmdale, California, to supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, solve clinical problems, coordinate visits, mentor behavior technicians, maintain records, and deliver progress reports and treatment plans. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, at least one year of clinical program-management experience under a BCBA, and preferably enrollment in a BCBA program or progress toward certification.
