National Therapy Center is hiring a full-time Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead its ABA therapy clinic in Germantown, Maryland. The role combines clinical leadership with a small caseload, assessment and treatment-plan guidance, RBT supervision, clinic operations, scheduling and coverage support, and family and parent training. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, starting salary of $120,000-$140,000 plus growth-based increases, and health, dental, vision, paid time off, and paid holidays.
