Behavior Treatment & Analysis is hiring a full-time, on-site BCBA Clinical Manager to lead clinical services and support high-quality ABA delivery across an assigned region. The role provides clinical leadership, supervision, assessment, treatment-plan oversight, caregiver training, case consultation, home and clinic visits, team development, hiring input, and compliance with BACB and regulatory requirements. Candidates need a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, current BCBA certification, ABA and clinical supervision experience, and behavioral healthcare experience; bilingual English-Spanish ability is preferred.
