Intercare Therapy is hiring a full-time BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Boyle Heights, California, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $80,000–$90,000 annual compensation based on experience. The role provides evidence-based ABA clinical supervision, direct client services, functional behavioral assessments, treatment oversight, documentation, training, and support for Program Managers, Interventionists, RBTs, BCaBA candidates, and other clinical team members. A master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification are required; bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
