Intermountain Centers is recruiting a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical oversight, supervision, and support to behavioral health staff delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services. The role includes coaching staff on treatment planning, reviewing referrals, participating in team meetings, managing member assignments, conducting clinical supervision and on-the-job training, maintaining records and billing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, AHCCCS, BACB, Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners, and health plan requirements. The position requires a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field, four years of related Applied Behavior Analysis experience, two years of supervisory experience, and licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a licensed behavior analyst recognized by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.
