Humanim is hiring a hybrid Behavioral Analyst in Columbia, Maryland, with additional work locations in surrounding central and southern Maryland counties. The role combines community-based, in-person behavioral assessment, behavior support planning, crisis prevention, coaching, and oversight with remote documentation, data review, care coordination, and virtual consultation. Candidates must hold BCBA certification or Maryland LBA eligibility, a relevant master’s degree, experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, MANDT certification or willingness to obtain it, and a valid driver’s license.
