Description
The employer is hiring a part-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide direct ABA services and oversee behavior intervention plans for children and families in home, community, and clinic settings. Responsibilities include functional and skill assessments, BIP design, RBT supervision, data-driven decision-making, family and caregiver collaboration, documentation, and coordination with schools and providers. The role requires a master’s degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or a related field, active BACB certification, Maryland licensure, and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Compensation is $100–$110 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus.
