Description
The employer is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join an ABA practice and manage a client caseload, oversee documentation, utilization reviews, and treatment plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians. The role offers a flexible schedule starting at 10–20 hours per week, with the possibility of growing into full-time work, and provides hybrid remote and in-person work. Compensation is $90–$110 per hour plus quarterly performance bonuses, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, referral bonuses, continuing education support, and parental leave.
