Excel Prep School is hiring a full-time BCBA Program Manager in Champaign, Illinois, to lead behavioral programs for children with autism and learning disabilities. The role involves designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, analyzing student progress data, supervising and mentoring behavior technicians and support staff, collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams, and providing training to staff and families. The position reports to the Director of Special Education and requires a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field, BCBA certification, and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; prior school-based experience with neurodiverse children is preferred.
