The BCBA (Supervising Analyst) at Reaching Milestones in Evans, GA works directly with children with Autism, managing a caseload of 1:1 services and providing monthly supervision to RBTs. This role involves applying various ABA techniques, conducting assessments, training others, and maintaining detailed records. The position requires a Master's degree in psychology or a related field, BCBA certification, and experience in functional behavioral assessments, individualized behavior programs, and language assessments.
