The role requires active BCBA certification, at least two years of supervisory experience, fluent BST, evidence-based practice, family and staff communication, and a plan for burnout prevention. It is limited to local candidates, requires a California driver's license and vehicle insurance, and offers a $80,000–$90,000 salary plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, stipend, and professional development benefits.
