BCG Platinion is hiring a Lead AI Tech Architect - AI Platforms to design and guide the implementation of intelligent, agentic AI platforms. The role combines platform architecture, hands-on technical leadership, prototyping, architectural validation, implementation support, and mentorship across AI, data, product, and engineering teams. Responsibilities include designing scalable AI and LLM architectures, evaluating AI frameworks, building agentic workflows, supporting RAG and model orchestration, establishing LLMOps standards, and translating technical concepts to stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least six years of software engineering, data engineering, or AI systems experience, and knowledge of cloud, distributed systems, AI platforms, and related technologies. The role is available in multiple U.S. cities and offers a base salary of $190,000 in USD plus bonus and retirement benefits.
