BCG Platinion is hiring a Tech Advisory & Delivery Manager to lead complex IT and digital transformation modules for clients, combining strategic consulting with hands-on technology work. The role develops AI and digital platforms, data and analytics solutions, cloud and enterprise architectures, product roadmaps, vendor strategies, and change-management plans, while managing and mentoring junior team members. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and 5–8 years of experience in AI/Tech consulting, product management, professional software development, or product and program implementation, with preferred consulting experience. The role is based in one of the listed cities, may require up to 80% travel, and offers a first-year base compensation of $190,000 USD plus bonus and benefits.
