BCG is hiring a Global Senior Director – AI Cost Advantage to lead the BCG Vantage Cost topic and its global team across functional and industry domains. The role sets strategy and execution for cost knowledge assets, services, and professionals; manages economics, customer and team satisfaction, AI integration, and coordination across practice areas; and directly supports billable case teams. It requires extensive consulting or industry experience, end-to-end cost transformation expertise, change management and project management experience, and a bachelor’s degree. The role is available in Chicago, Boston, Washington, and London, with a base salary of $185,000–$216,000 for the United States locations.
