BCG X is hiring a People and Development Senior Specialist in New Delhi, India, to support employee experience and career development for CT talent. The role supports CDC meetings, talent reviews, dossier preparation, Workday and case-data accuracy, L&D feedback, regional functional-pillar coordination, and people-focused initiatives. Candidates should have 4–6 years of professional-services experience, preferably in a people function, with a bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant experience; 2+ years of people-program development and execution experience is preferred. The role generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
