BCG X is hiring a Senior Recruiter in São Paulo to support full-lifecycle talent acquisition for its South America hub, with a primary focus on analytics and technology roles. The role covers campus recruiting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, talent pipelines, internship programs, stakeholder and vendor management, offer management, and onboarding, while also supporting regional recruiting initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, recruitment or talent acquisition experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, and fluency in Portuguese and English.
