BCG X is hiring an EMESA Staffing Trainee in Casablanca to support staffing activities across BCG X and X Delivery. The role involves tracking team availability and project assignments, maintaining staffing tools, coordinating employee matters with local HR, preparing staffing recommendations, supporting financial allocations, monitoring commitments, and improving staffing processes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or be currently pursuing one, strong interest in HR, strong communication and computer skills, and fluency in English.
