BCG is hiring a Finance trainee for its BCG X Delivery Finance team to support global business-unit management and the scaling of near-shore X Build capability hubs. The role focuses on developing reporting and digital reporting suites, building dashboards and data pipelines, and applying Power BI, Tableau Prep, and Claude to automate reporting workflows. It also supports finance operations, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business-performance monitoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, strong analytics and data-automation interest, strong computer and communication skills, and fluency in English; the role generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients around 50% of the time.
