Description
The Global AI Strategy & Portfolio Manager will drive BCG X’s growth in AI and technology across selected industry and functional practice areas. The role defines AI priorities and activation plans, shapes digital and AI offers, coordinates go-to-market activities, manages AI leadership and portfolio workstreams, supports investment and commercial decisions, and develops scalable processes and agentic tools. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, 6–8 years of relevant experience including 3–5+ years in strategy consulting at BCG or an equivalent role, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, and experience in a global matrixed organization.
